Refund Policy
7-day evaluation
Every new account gets 7 days of full Enterprise limits with no card. When it ends the account continues on Free. You are never charged automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund for the evaluation.
Refund of your first charge
If you are charged and it was not what you expected, email support@cainstudio.online from the account email within 7 days of the first charge and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges; charges after the first 7 days are not refunded for the period already used.
Disputes
Please contact support before opening a card dispute; we can usually resolve it faster. If a dispute is opened, associated marketplace payouts may be reversed.
What this policy is not
It is not a contractual service-level agreement. Service objectives are published at /sla.
